Friendship Is Magic by RedJack-Nine Friendship Is Magic by RedJack-Nine
An "enhanced" version of an earlier drawing. It's a parody of the Warner Bros. logo from "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1" using the MLP G3 logo merged with the FiM logo. :P

I gave the logo that worn and rusty look that the WB logo had in HP7. I gave the letters a kind of a "peeling paint" sort of texture. In the background, the clouds are illuminated by thunder. It's supposed to give the impression that the heart is surrounded by fire, like the heart in "Hearth's Warming Eve." And obviously the words on the bottom are a merging of the Harry Potter font with the FiM font.

Drawn using many, many pencils and smudging techniques.

Waddya think?

Very beautiful shading here!
My fingers turn black after all that smudging. As is the mark of a traditional artist. :D
:iconlunaclapplz: Awesome job my friend. :D

Thank you very much! Though I didn't use my fingers, I used a tissue paper and a cotton swab. Sadly that means I don't have the mark of a traditional artist... :(

Anyway, thanks for the compliment and the :+fav:!

Of course you do! :D
A traditional artist always has a tool on hand, even literally. XD
And every artist has his technique. I have used other things before, but i feel more comfortable with my fingers.
And you are very welcome my friend. :D
